Abstract

These data were collected to examine the reliability and validity of the Japanese translation of the DFlex. Columns F to AC contain responses to the DFlex, and columns AE to CB contain responses to the AQ. Column E indicates comorbid conditions, and column AD contains free-text responses related to the DFlex.
