Femto - Mechanical Modelling Tool for Ground Based Gravitational Wave Detectors
Abstract
This is a 6dof modeling tool for Matlab to set up a state space of mechanical structures existing of 0D and 1D elements. It is specifically made for design and analysis for seismic isolation systems for gravitational wave detectors.This program includes automatic caluclation of tension within elements to include geometrical effects. Sensors and actuators can be added and geometric antispring filters can be modelled using the large displacement setting.
