Pre-Registered Survey Protocol Testing SP3 Substrate Memory via FluxEnvironment Associations (Orb-Type and Ball Lightning LuminousDomain Events)
Abstract
This pre-registered protocol specifies a scientific survey program to test a core SP3 (SpacePhase Physics) claim: that the vacuum substrate can exhibit persistent conditioning(“memory”) following matter/energy flux through a region. The study operationalizes fluxenvironments using objective, mappable proxies (meteorological lightning density, highvoltage infrastructure, high-power RF infrastructure, geophysical flux proxies, and bulkmetal transit corridors including repeated aircraft and ship passage). The primary design isa matched case–control survey comparing screened luminous-domain events (orb-typereports and/or ball lightning reports) to matched observer-opportunity controls. Secondaryanalyses test time-lag (“post-flux”) effects and dose–response relationships between fluxexposure and event features (persistence, recurrence, corridor alignment). The protocolincludes inclusion/exclusion rules, data fields, blinded exposure coding, QA procedures,pre-defined endpoints, and an analysis plan.
