Abstract
This repository contains the R scripts used to assess the potential impacts of climate change on 69 threatened Neotropical glassfrog species. The analyses integrate species distribution models (SDMs) with phylogenetic information to evaluate changes in species richness, taxonomic diversity, and phylogenetic diversity.
