scp-llm v1.0
Abstract
Initial release of scp-llm, a R-based workflow for extracting and structuring Species Contributions to People for One Health research and applications by using large language models. This release supports the proof-of-concept application presented in the associated manuscript and includes the complete workflow, example input data, and generated outputs.
