Entropy-Based Adaptive Sampling Optimisation Toolkit
Abstract
Software toolkit for entropy-based adaptive sampling optimisation of multi-metal urban soil contamination surveys. The framework uses Gaussian differential entropy from kriging variance to identify optimal supplementary sampling locations through a greedy sequential algorithm with Neyman-weighted urban zone allocation and progressive multi-tier spacing. Includes both concentration-based and risk-based optimisation strategies, comprehensive pollution and health risk index computation from 100 SGS realisations, and leave-k-out cross-validation.
