The Genetic Code from Z₈ Holonomy on S²∨S²: Watson-Crick Pairing, Reading Frame, and Double Helix Uniqueness
Abstract
We show that the Z₈ discrete holonomy on S²∨S² introduced in Paper I (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18805970) reproduces the combinatorial architecture of the genetic code without additional parameters. Four generators give four DNA bases; three junction sectors give three codon positions; holonomy closure selects Watson-Crick pairing; Klein four-group saturation matches the three biological involutions; bond-sum arithmetic fixes the triplet reading frame; and a five-lemma elimination proof establishes the double helix as the unique stable topology. All results derive from the same single geometric input v = π² that determines the particle spectrum.
