Data and code for: Spatiotemporal analysis of the 2025–2026 measles outbreak in Mexico
Abstract
This repository contains data and code for the spatiotemporal analysis of measles clusters in Mexico (2025–2026). It includes municipal-level case counts, population denominators, geographic coordinates, and SaTScan™-formatted input files to replicate the space-time scan statistical analysis. R scripts for data preparation and visualization are also provided.
