Abstract

This paper serves as the General Ledger for a unified geometric framework. It identifies the 1.22 Universal Scaling Invariant as the "Primal Constant" of the universe. By applying a consistent 0.22 Connectivity Tax (Geometric Friction) across all scales, this framework provides a singular derivation for the 26 fundamental constants of the Standard Model. Key Objectives: • Unification of Constants: Demonstrates that the 26 physical constants are derivative outputs of the 1.22/0.22 ratio. • The "First" Constant: Establishes the geometric foundation that precedes particle mass, charge, and gravitational strength. • Universal Application: Synthesizes data from biological thermal huddles, the \bm{10^{120}} vacuum discrepancy, the Hubble Tension, and the Ophiuchus Cluster displacement limit (18.03%). • Mathematical Elegance: Replaces disparate, fine-tuned numbers with a single, recursive scaling law. Conclusion: The universe does not operate on 26 independent variables; it operates on a single Ledger. The cost of existence and connectivity is a constant 22%—a tax paid by every system from the quark to the galaxy.
