Health as Constraint-Admissible Trajectory A Genesis–CMP Aligned Minimal Metaphysics of Health
Abstract
This paper articulates a domain-restricted, constraint-first metaphysics of health aligned with a process-structural ontology (Genesis framework) and trajectory-based admissibility logic (CMP). Health is defined not asequilibrium, statistical normality, or moral fitness, butas the maintained dispositional capacity of a temporallyexposed vulnerable integrated process to preserve itsidentity-pattern through constraint-admissible reconsti-tution across state-transitions.Four conceptual necessities are identified: vulnerabil-ity, temporality, integrative organization, and identity-preserving reconstitutability. Identity is redefined asadmissible continuity of identity-defining integrationacross constraint-governed transitions rather than staticstructural sameness. A polyphase identity thesis accom-modates regime shifts (e.g., developmental phase transi-tions), and a transformative recovery clause distinguishesidentity-content change from loss of identity-definingintegration. Health is thereby secured against reduc-tionism, equilibrium fetishism, teleology, and static sub-stance ontology, while remaining minimally grounded
