Abstract

This manual was developed during the COVID-19 lockdown as a complementary telerehabilitation resource aimed at supporting families of children with neurodevelopmental disorders. The material provides structured guidance for home-based intervention, including: practical activity recommendations, behavioral and functional management strategies, illustrated instructions, links to additional therapeutic resources. The manual was created by a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. The document is presented in Spanish and English to facilitate accessibility and international dissemination. This resource represents an example of rapid clinical adaptation and knowledge transfer during a public health emergency, promoting family-centered care and remote rehabilitation strategies
