Y_H = 13 = F(7). Explains Miller's Law (7±2), 40Hz gamma, linguistic recursion ~7 levels, multi-species patterns (12.9% vs 5% chance, p < 0.01). Y × Y_H = 91 GeV = electroweak scale.
