Abstract
Abstract (EN)LGU03 — The √5 factor defines the status of 5≈2.2360679\sqrt5 \approx 2.23606795≈2.2360679 as the only allowed irrational within the LGU framework (outside the N1 table). Its introduction is motivated by minimal pentagonal geometry through the golden ratio φ=(1+5)/2\varphi = (1+\sqrt5)/2φ=(1+5)/2. The use of 5\sqrt55 is strictly constrained: it may appear only in DYNAMIC-class formulas, while STABLE-class formulas must remain expressed with N0/N1 integers. The note states explicit introduction rules (uniqueness, geometric derivation, prohibitions) and provides a falsifiability checklist to avoid any ad hoc parameterization.
