Abstract

This Zenodo repository contains the processed data and analysis scripts supporting the findings of this study. The dataset includes:(1) OTU tables used for microbial community analyses;(2) Alpha diversity data;(3) R scripts used for data analysis and figure generation. Raw sequencing data have been depo,sited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under accession number PRJNA1309871, PRJNA1309878, PRJNA1309853, PRJNA1309333.
