Abstract

Abstract:This study distinguishes between "Just Power" (limited coercion) and "Fascism" (absolute violence). By establishing a five-dimensional model, this paper argues that Fascism is a total monopoly system spanning from the physical body to the human soul. Its core logic lies in the total eradication of the "Possibility of Protest" and the "Right of Exit," leading to a low-dimensional, irreversible equilibrium of tyranny.________________________________________Part I: The Hierarchical Taxonomy of FascismThis model categorizes Fascist behavior into five levels based on the depth of its deprivation of individual freedom:Level 1: Physical Fascism (The Violence of the Body)• Definition: Direct, arbitrary, and absolute destruction of the individual’s physical life by the ruling authority.• Core Mechanism: Establishing extreme fear through extrajudicial execution, torture, and unlawful imprisonment.• Suppression of Protest: Protestors face immediate existential threats, forcing rational actors into silence for survival.• Nature: Primitive physical suppression; deprivation of the Right to Life.Level 2: Spatial Fascism (The Restraint of Movement)• Definition: Absolute control over an individual’s physical and geographic mobility.• Core Mechanism: Digital tracking, border closures, and restrictive permit/internal passport systems.• Suppression of Protest: Depriving the right to "vote with one's feet." When individuals cannot exit an oppressive environment, the cost of resistance tends toward infinity.• Nature: Spatial incarceration; deprivation of the Right of Exit.Level 3: Cultural Fascism (The Oppression of Culture)• Definition: The systematic erasure of individual uniqueness in the name of collectivism or a singular "civilization."• Core Mechanism: Enforcing a "single correct lifestyle" through social ostracization and collective moral blackmail.• Suppression of Protest: Utilizing the "Spiral of Silence" to suffocate dissenters within their social groups, equating protest with treason.• Nature: Homogenizing slaughter; deprivation of Social Diversity.Level 4: Cognitive Fascism (The Monopoly of Knowledge)• Definition: The absolute closure of information flow, historical interpretation, and educational systems.• Core Mechanism: Severe censorship, historical revisionism, and algorithmic black boxes.• Suppression of Protest: Stripping the oppressed of the ability to define justice or logic. When a population "lacks the knowledge" to protest, resistance ceases to exist.• Nature: Cognitive disconnection; deprivation of the Right to Truth.Level 5: Spiritual Fascism (The Enslavement of Faith)• Definition: The seizure of an individual’s inner transcendent values, forcing absolute worship of secular power.• Core Mechanism: Deification of leaders, mandatory thought reform, and the severance of the individual's connection to higher moral laws (God/Ancestors).• Suppression of Protest: Eradicating protest from the depths of the soul, forcing the victim to "love" the oppressor.• Nature: Monopoly of the soul; deprivation of the Right of Self-Judgment.________________________________________Part II: Theoretical Distinction — Just Power vs. FascismCategory Just Power (Limited Coercion) Fascism (Absolute Violence)Coercion Level Limited; bound by law and morality Unlimited; devoid of any restraintProtest Mechanism Allows and guarantees the safety of protestors Prohibits protest; eliminates dissentersCorrective Ability Possesses self-correction and dialogue Closed feedback; enters a state of stasisExit Mechanism Recognizes the right to exit or disobey Locks all spatial and spiritual exits________________________________________Part III: ConclusionThe existence of Fascism marks the collapse of civilization from a "dynamic game" into "static slavery." These five levels intertwine to form a perfect Prisoner's Dilemma, where social members can no longer return to justice through rational cooperation. The ultimate indicator of a system’s descent into Fascism is whether it "allows a protestor to exist in safety."
