Ontology of One Mechanism In the GTWSSF, USC, and GTCW framework The Universe as an emergent projection of information
Abstract
This work presents an ontological and formal formulation of the One Mechanism hypothesis within the integrated GTWSSF, USC, and GTCW framework. The observable Universe is approached as an emergent projection of informational structures, while known physical laws are interpreted as effective manifestations of a deeper code-based organization that preserves consistency across geometry, energy, matter, and cosmological dynamics. The study systematizes the conceptual apparatus, clarifies the relation between the layer of effective physical equations and the structural-code hypothesis, and establishes an interpretive framework for further analyses of the metapole, fundamental couplings, and cosmological cyclicity. The document is intentionally synthetic and constitutes a formal step toward a coherent description of reality in which information is treated as primary with respect to observable physical structures. This publication presents a formal and ontological treatment of the One Mechanism hypothesis within the integrated GTWSSF, USC, and GTCW framework. The analysis is developed from the perspective that the observable Universe may be interpreted as an emergent manifestation of a deeper informational organization, while established physical laws describe the effective level of that organization in relation to geometry, matter, energy, and cosmological dynamics. The study systematizes the conceptual apparatus of the model and explicitly distinguishes the level of effective physical formalism from the level of structural hypotheses. Within this context, the notion of the metapole is introduced as a hypothetical informational substrate responsible for preserving structural coherence, continuity of description across scales, and the stability of organizing rules governing physical states. This perspective allows local physical laws to be interpreted as observable expressions of a more fundamental code-based organization. The work is synthetic in scope and conceptual-formal in character. Its purpose is to propose a coherent interpretive framework that does not replace established physical theories, but extends their conceptual domain by introducing a structural-informational layer. A clear distinction is maintained between elements grounded in standard mathematical and physical formalism and elements that retain the status of hypotheses requiring further analysis, operationalization, and empirical falsification.
