The Moon as Constraint Architecture: Virial Equilibrium, Tidal Void, and the Prohibition-Ritual Pair at Planetary Scale
Abstract
Applies the void framework Pe apparatus to the Earth-Moon system, demonstrating that the Moon simultaneously occupies Pe=1/2 (virial orbital equilibrium), Pe→∞ (tidal lock / Cocytus frozen state), and Pe=0 (permanently shadowed polar craters). The Moon implements the prohibition-ritual pair at planetary scale: gravitational stabilization of Earth's axial tilt (prohibition) paired with tidal and synodic biological synchronization cycles (ritual). Earth's tidal quality factor Q≈26 confirms the stability number independently. The giant impact origin event is analyzed as a D3 cascade reset that seeded the stable constraint architecture enabling complex life.
