Abstract

This study introduces and validates the Bio-Kinetic Linguistic Law (BKLL), a predictive framework that redefines human language as a stochastic mechanical signal optimized for specific atmospheric hardware. Moving beyond traditional descriptive linguistics, we utilize Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) spectral analysis and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) to analyze phonetic erosion and morphological redundancy across twelve divergent geographical cohorts, including the Andean (Inca), Tropical (Maya), Arctic (Sakha), Inuit, Nahuatl (Aztec), Basque, Manchu, Sango, Efe, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, and Thai — representing high-altitude, arctic, steppe, maritime, riverine, dense canopy, continental, and tropical monsoon biomes. Our data demonstrates a 99.1% predictive accuracy (R² = 0.991), confirming that linguistic complexity (Φ) is a deterministic cybernetic response to environmental entropy. We identify the "Shearing Effect" as the primary physical mechanism of signal decay, where high atmospheric density (Δρ) and humidity (μ) necessitate data compression strategies—such as Tonality and Glottalized Compression—to bypass spectral attenuation. Conversely, low-density "Clean Acoustic Windows" permit high-redundancy structures, such as Agglutination and Polysynthesis, which function as Cybernetic Check-Sums for long-distance data integrity. By aligning phonological evolution with ISO 9613-1 attenuation standards and neuro-metabolic efficiency protocols, this research marks the inauguration of Mechanical Philology. We conclude that human syntax is not a subjective cultural artifact but a mathematical result of atmospheric impedance (Z) and kinetic velocity (Vk). The mystery of the Word is finally resolved into the physical certainty of the Wave. This is Volume 3 of the Bio-Kinetic Linguistic Law (BKLL) series. Volume 1: Bio-Acoustic Determinism and the Physical Software of Civilization (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18822855) introduced the conceptual Φ equation. Volume 2: The Reconstruction of Linguistics: Statistical and Mechanical Validation confirmed predictive accuracy through MLR and spectral analysis across 12 global cohorts. The present volume formalizes the theoretical foundations of Mechanical Philology, introducing the tripartite coordination of mouth, ear, and brain as a unified biological decoder, and the four-layer framework of linguistic processing (mechanical transmission, second transformation, metabolic coupling, experiential transmission).
