Abstract

Version 10.0 adds two new sections to SDST. (i) The effective dark-energy equation ofstate weff(z) is derived from HSDST(z) — the only cosmologically relevant definition for anon-minimally coupled field. The result w0 = -1.045 lies within 0.5σ of Planck+BAO (w =-1.03±0.03), with a phantom divide crossing at z∗ ≈ 0.34 and (w0, wa) = (-1.045, +0.083).(ii) The Newton constant variation G/G ˙ = -αδ˙ is derived and evaluated: the cosmologicalvalue 1.64 × 10-11 yr-1 is screened to ≪ 10-41 yr-1 locally by the chameleon mechanism,satisfying LLR. The BBN |∆G/G| = 15.8% tension (bound: 10%) is mitigated because thechange accumulates entirely at z < 2, after nucleosynthesis. All core results — ghost-freeaction, δ0 = -0.0687, ξ = 2.32, H 0 = 72.95, ΩΛ-cancellation — are unchanged from v9. local
