Quantum Entanglement and Causal Rate Regulation within the Infinite Fractal Descent Framework
Abstract
The conceptual impasse between the non-local, discrete dynamics of quantum mechanics and the local, continuous geometry of general relativity necessitates a fundamental reappraisal of the physical substrate. This paper presents the Infinite Fractal Descent (IFD) framework, postulating that spacetime is an emergent, scale-dependent projection of a timeless Primordial Informational Field (PIF). We investigate the scaling constant—derived from the 14-dimensional adjoint representation of the exceptional Lie group and the 14-faced Kelvin cell topology—as the regulatory threshold for information density. By modeling reality as a recursive rendering process governed by the delay–rate invariant , we reinterpret quantum entanglement as Field-State Interposition: a shared informational state at the 14th harmonic of the vacuum.2 Empirical signatures, including a predicted complexity compression rate of and specific phase shifts in space-based interferometry, are provided as a falsifiable path for the theory.
