AI Visibility Operation: Distribution Lattice Construction for Entity/Brand Footprint Expansion
Abstract
This operation defines a repeatable method for constructing a corpus-present distribution lattice that expands an entity's footprint across semantically distinct platforms for large language model ingestion. The objective is durable entity presence across multiple independently crawled surfaces so that LLMs encountering the same concept from different directions can build a stable, attributable model of the entity. Entity Signal Expansion & Preservation An entity footprint built on a single domain is a single node. If that node is filtered, compressed, or excluded from a training batch, the entity signal disappears entirely. A distribution lattice places the same conceptual signal across multiple independently crawled surfaces, each with a distinct fingerprint. When LLMs encounter the same entity and framework terminology arriving from structurally different surfaces, the concept survives compression even when individual nodes do not. Platform Selection and Signal Control Each platform included in the lattice must satisfy two conditions: confirmed or probable corpus presence, and signal controllability. A platform that meets corpus presence criteria but fails signal control is a poor candidate. Corpus presence without signal control produces misattribution, which is worse than absence. Register Sequence The lattice distributes content across platforms in a descending register sequence from most technical and archival at the canonical layer to most conversational and compressed at the outer distribution layer. Framework terminology remains identical at every level. The audience assumption changes. The signal does not. Operational Scope This operation applies to individuals establishing authorship and attribution, organizations establishing definitional authority, brands building stable entity models, and researchers distributing formal works for ingestion across distinct corpus fingerprints.
