Abstract

This methodological framework establishes the criteria and structured verification procedure for identifying the mechanism of forced expulsion through “release”.The document does not reproduce the definitional formula provided in the Authoritative Definition Paper and does not duplicate the conceptual entries of the Glossary. Its purpose is to determine the structure of proof, the minimum mandatory conditions, and the exclusion test required for qualifying a case as corresponding to the described mechanism. The framework is based on the structural elements of the mechanism and is substantiated by empirical material presented in the Analytical Report. The qualification model operates exclusively upon the simultaneous presence of all mandatory criteria. The document is intended for use in: – legal analysis of individual cases; – preparation of legal opinions; – expert assessments; – comparative research of state practices. This publication forms part of a structured analytical system consisting of:Authoritative Definition PaperConceptual GlossaryAnalytical ReportIdentification Criteria Framework (present document) This document is part of the research series “Forced Expulsion through ‘Release’”.
