A DIALÉTICA DO TÉDIO E A BUSCA PELA FELICIDADE: UMA INVESTIGAÇÃO INTERDISCIPLINAR ENTRE SCHOPENHAUER, SARTRE E A ASTRONOMOTERAPIA NO CONTEXTO DO AUTISMO

ABSTRACT This essay proposes a theoretical framework for astronomotherapy, defined as a non-clinical educational regulatory practice grounded in mediated and scientifically guided observation of astronomical phenomena within structured and ethically delimited contexts. Although sky observation has been increasingly incorporated into community and educational initiatives to organize attention and promote engagement with scientific knowledge, it still lacks systematic conceptual definition. The essay aims to clarify the epistemological status of astronomotherapy and to outline an exploratory theoretical model describing its main components and conditions of application. It constitutes a theoretical-conceptual and interdisciplinary reflection based on narrative literature review in environmental psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and science education. Astronomotherapy is not presented as a clinical or therapeutic intervention, but as an educational practice whose potential relates to structured pedagogical mediation, predictable astronomical stimuli, and a safe collective environment. The proposed model functions as a heuristic framework intended to guide future research and science outreach initiatives. RESUMO Este ensaio propõe um marco teórico para a astronomoterapia, compreendida como uma prática educativa reguladora não clínica, fundamentada na observação mediada e cientificamente orientada de fenômenos astronômicos em contextos estruturados e eticamente delimitados. Embora a observação do céu venha sendo utilizada em iniciativas comunitárias e educacionais como forma de organizar a atenção e promover o engajamento com o conhecimento científico, ainda carece de definição conceitual sistematizada. O ensaio tem como objetivo delimitar o estatuto epistemológico da astronomoterapia e apresentar um modelo teórico exploratório que descreve seus principais componentes e condições de aplicação. Trata-se de uma reflexão teórico-conceitual, de caráter interdisciplinar, fundamentada em revisão narrativa de literatura nas áreas de psicologia ambiental, neurociência da atenção e educação científica. A astronomoterapia não é configurada como intervenção clínica ou terapêutica, mas como prática educativa cujo potencial está associado à mediação pedagógica estruturada, à previsibilidade dos estímulos astronômicos e ao contexto coletivo seguro. O modelo proposto possui caráter heurístico e busca orientar futuras investigações e iniciativas de extensão científica.
