Abstract

Dark energy in the domain z < 0.1 is the bulk viscosity η of the cosmic torsion field.η = 0.30 (Brevik+2017) → w_τ = -0.49.Consistent with DESI DR1 at 0.1σ.τ(z=1100) ≈ 0 — CMB unaffected.Zero free parameters. Falsifiable with DESI DR2.Related: doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18809884
