Abstract

Technical Canon II defines the public mathematical architecture of the Souljourner Dynamic Layer. It specifies the bounded 4D state space, invariant envelope, regime topology, admissible operator class, Lyapunov stability framework, closed-loop well-posedness, and constitutional constraints governing the system. The specification is frozen and non-drifting under AE-OS governance. Appendix A contains a structured adversarial falsification record evaluating Claims C1–C5 across twelve literature domains; all five claims survived adversarial review. The search was extensive but not formally exhaustive; claims remain contingent on future counterexample. SDK implementation components are excluded from this public disclosure.
