Abstract
A self-organizing stigmergic architecture continuously ingests work artifacts and surfaces structural patterns no query could retrieve because no one knew to ask. Grounded in Adaptive Resonance Theory, Crawford-Sobel, Beer's Viable System Model, and rate-distortion theory.
