The models for ARPES spectra processing
Abstract
🔬 Electronic Dispersion Visualization from ARPES Spectra These models are designed to visualize electronic dispersion using ARPES (Angle-Resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy) spectra. 🚀 Usage & Inference To visualize the spectra using U-Net and Link networks, use the provided predict_func.ipynb. DeepLab implementation is available in this GitHub repository: DeepLab_Project. 📊 Data Requirements To ensure correct model performance, input data must meet the following specifications: Format: NumPy array. Normalization: Spectra must be min-max normalized to the range [0,1] (where the maximum value is 1 and the minimum is 0). ⚙️ Environment Setup Use the following configuration files to set up your Python environment: U_net_Link_env.yml: For U-Net and Link networks. torch_dml_env.yml: For DeepLab. 📑 Citation If you use these models in your research, please cite the following DOI: 👉 https://doi.org/10.1063/10.0042266
