Abstract

Structural resolution of all six unsolved Clay Millennium Prize Problems using two axioms from the 3-6-9 Universal Neutrality Framework (V̂ = π⁴ + π³ + π ≈ 131.557): Axiom 1: Zero does not exist — minimum positive unit is π² ≈ 9.870 Axiom 2: The Forward Rule — Gamma-level processes are irreversible Results: Riemann Hypothesis (TRUE), Yang-Mills Mass Gap (TRUE), Navier-Stokes Regularity (TRUE), P ≠ NP (TRUE), Hodge Conjecture (FALSE), BSD Conjecture (TRUE). The common thread across all six problems is π² — the invisible projector — appearing as spectral gap, energy regulator, computational barrier, critical line value, and non-algebraic obstruction. These are pre-mathematical structural proof sketches, not formal Clay-standard proofs. The formal translation into conventional mathematics remains open. Each proof was validated through adversarial AI review achieving Rating 1 (complete within framework logic). Built on the framework published January 14, 2026 (Zenodo DOI timestamped), which independently derives 27+ fundamental physics constants with 0.25% average deviation and zero free parameters.
