Abstract

Human functional problems frequently exist outside clear disease diagnoses yet contribute to pain, compensation, reduced performance, and elevated risk. This publication presents an ontology-driven and governance-oriented framework for auditable human-function inference across rehabilitation and movement-training contexts. It includes an eight-factor decomposition of human function, Task-Capacity Matching, a strict distinction between observable dimensions and inferred attributions, hard safety constraints, and reproducible reasoning artifacts with provenance and deterministic replay.
