Abstract

Synthesis of Papers XVI-XXIV. Every mechanism that adds to receiver context adds interference or nothing. Two mechanisms that work both operate by removing: context fence (-39% CE) and minimal domain priming (15 tokens = 98.8% of benefit). Mode switching confirmed. Two stages compose independently (rho = 0.858). Chain degradation saturates by hop 5.
