Cosmic Information Theory: The Grand Cycle Essence of Energy, Entropy, Information, and Time.
Abstract
ABSTRACT Title: Cosmic Information Theory: The Grand Evolutionary Cycle of Energy, Entropy, Information, and Time Abstract: This treatise proposes a unified framework—Cosmic Information Theory—to bridge the conceptual gap between fundamental thermodynamics and biological complexity. We redefine the universe not as a mere collection of matter, but as a dynamic information deployment process driven by energy gradients. Central to this theory are two novel mathematical constructs: The Information Evolution Law (I): I = Phi * (delta-E / (T * delta-S)) This equation quantifies the production of "Effective Information" as a function of energy input (delta-E), environmental thermal resistance (T), and entropic dissipation (delta-S), modulated by an algorithmic Efficiency Factor (Phi). The Wisdom Evolution Index (IEI): IEI = Phi' * (d-Phi / dt) * log(D) This index illustrates how high-level intelligence accelerates the optimization of negative entropy management through the rate of algorithmic iteration (d-Phi / dt) and recursive logical depth (D). The work is presented in three volumes: Volume I (Foundations of Physics) reinterprets the "Arrow of Time" as the density of causal information evolution. Volume II (The Essence of Life) posits biological entities as "Cross-scale Negentropy Carriers," grounding the theory in molecular genetics and the author’s pioneering 1992 research on p53 gene regulation. Volume III (Intelligence and Convergence) explores the convergence of Eastern holistic heuristics and Western analytical algorithms into a global negentropy consensus. Ultimately, this theory suggests a "Grand Return" in the cosmic cycle, where accumulated wisdom serves as the "Initial Algorithmic Fund" for subsequent cosmic iterations.
