Abstract

Time-lapse microscopy datasets of duckweed acquired for the development, benchmarking, and evaluation of automated segmentation,tracking, lineage inference, and growth analysis methods.The datasets include petri dish image sequences and microfluidic time-lapse videos. They are intended for deep learning-assisted plant phenotyping and time-series image analysis.
