Abstract

This dataset contains raw experimental and field data related to the ecological impacts of the invasive yellow crazy ant, Anoplolepis gracilipes, on soil fauna and native ant communities in Thailand. The data include biological index values (species richness, density, Shannon–Wiener index, evenness, and similarity index) from invaded and non-invaded areas, survival rates of soil fauna and native ant species before and after exposure to A. gracilipes, mean predation time required to capture different prey species, and comparative abundance data of soil fauna between invaded and uninvaded sites. These datasets were used to construct Tables and Figures presented in the manuscript.
