Abstract

This repository contains environmental monitoring data collected from twelve vernacular residential dwellings (coded H1–H12) in Hyderabad, India. The dataset includes temperature and relative humidity measurements recorded during peak summer conditions. The monitored dwellings date from the 1960s or earlier and are constructed using vernacular materials and techniques typical of the Hyderabad region. Environmental monitoring was undertaken to assess indoor and outdoor climatic conditions during extreme summer periods. Measurements were conducted when outdoor temperatures exceeded 38 °C (April–May 2024).
