Abstract

This paper introduces the Cardinal System, a unified metric framework derived from Earth's sidereal rotation (86,164.0905 s) and mean diameter (12,735 km). Binary division generates fractal scales for time/space/geometry, with tools like Clock 1.3, Cardinal Ruler, and Square X2 typeface. Proposes AI/hardware apps: sidereal clocks, binary memory, hierarchical attention. Open domain, prototypes linked.
