Bingo das Refeições

Bingos das Refeições was the food literacy material included in the second food basket delivery of the FoodCLIC Lisbon Living Lab (corresponding to February 2026). Designed as a gamified educational resource, it adopts a bingo-style format to encourage engagement with everyday food practices and meal routines. Each card functions as a BINGO board, with each square presenting a small challenge related to meals and daily moments. Participants are invited to complete the challenges and mark the corresponding squares accordingly. The material aims to promote reflection on eating habits and to foster active participation within the household context and was developed by the nutritionist Inês Luís during her internship with the Câmara Municipal de Cascais.
