[README] Blackboard SA: Situation Awareness Architecture
Abstract
Architecture Name: Blackboard SA (Situation Awareness) This system uses structured dialectic deliberation rather than the purist opportunistic blackboard model. Every knowledge source gets a guaranteed voice in a fixed logical sequence: propose → critique → verify → correlate. The control shell is kept simple — it knows the event type and queues the appropriate job, with no priority scoring or capability modeling. The result is an SA-oriented architecture: the objective is persistent, explainable context for operator decisions, not only binary intrusion detection. The analogy is an expert panel with a fixed agenda: everyone sees the same evidence, each expert speaks in a defined order, and no expert is crowded out by volume or speed.
