Abstract

This document constitutes Stage IV of the CoreLumen Stage Series (v1.0). Stage IV introduces the pre-geometry structural layer of CoreLumen. The effective functions µ(a,k) and Σ(a,k) are interpreted as projectionsof a unified response kernel arising from phase dynamics and dynamicalvacuum sequestering. Pre-geometry does not introduce new propagating degrees of freedom. It reorganizes metric response structure within the quasi-staticeffective field theory regime. The Structural Charter v1.0 remains strictly enforced:c_T = 1, c_s^2 > 0, Z_theta > 0. Slip is interpreted as a derived channel-mismatch indicator betweenNewton and Weyl projections, not as an independent physical field. No ultraviolet completion is claimed.
