Abstract

This document constitutes Stage V of the CoreLumen Stage Series (v1.0). Stage V formalizes the deterministic mapping from the CoreLumenresponse functions (E, µ, Σ) to observable-level data vectors andcovariance-aware likelihood inputs. It defines:- Explicit observable construction rules (BAO, RSD, lensing),- k-band averaging and scale-cut policies,- Nuisance profiling principles,- Covariance-aware likelihood structure,- Reproducibility and archival requirements. The Structural Charter v1.0 remains strictly enforced:c_T = 1, c_s^2 > 0, Z_theta > 0.No new propagating degrees of freedom are introduced. Stage V operationalizes the response-layer structure defined inStages I–IV and establishes the computational backbone of theCoreLumen observational program.
