Abstract

RETRACTION NOTICE — This paper has been retracted by the author. It was generated with substantial AI (LLM) assistance and contains the following verified errors: (1) claimed significance of 4.93σ with Bayes factor > 10⁷ achieved by double-counting (multiplying likelihood ratios with sign-test p-values from the same data), counting null tests as positive results, and treating reinterpretations of existing data as independent probes; (2) 76+ claimed tests with 93.1% success rate, but no genuinely new independent data beyond Paper I; (3) Bayes factor inflated from 150 to 10⁷ (factor ~70,000) without new data; (4) fabricated journal references (ApJ vol. 999 does not exist). The honest result on verified data is Δχ² = −17.6 on DESI DR2 BAO, with explicit failures on Cepheid vs TRGB and supernovae. A complete analysis of the fabrication mechanisms is published in: Cornea, I.-IV. (2026), "Fabricated Consensus in AI-Assisted Research: A Verification Case Study in Cosmological Data Analysis," Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18909449
