The Unified Mechanical Deterministic Theory

This research consolidates the final version of the Dual Rotational Current Model (DRCM). We bridge the gap between classical torque and quantum mechanics by redefining Planck’s constant as a fundamental unit of torque (τmin). Furthermore, we provide a definitive mechanical proof for the Riemann Hypothesis based on momentum equilibrium at the criti- cal line (σ = 1/2).
