Abstract

Compliance with ethical rules is the primary professional and moral duty of every civil servant. This work procedure strengthens the healthy atmosphere in the team and the authority of the state body, contributes to the prevention of corruption and negative phenomena. Therefore, adherence to ethical norms is an important criterion for ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of public service.
