PATHOMORPHOLOGY CHANGES IN THE KIDNEYS OF RABBITS IMMUNISED WITH THE LIVE VACCINE STRAIN BRUCELLA ABORTUS 19
Abstract
In the use of live vaccine strains against brucellosis, it is important to evaluate their immunogenicity, as well as safety indicators. Parenchymal organs, including the kidney, are one of the most sensitive structures in the body to immune-complex reactions and toxic effects. Therefore, the study of morphological changes that may occur in the kidney tissue during immunization is of scientific and practical importance.
