Abstract

This version adds a new subsection, “Structural Position Within Nonlocal EFT,” clarifying the relationship between the exponential-kernel curvature–memory response and finite-order local analytic effective field theory (EFT) corrections. The update explicitly distinguishes the model from purely local analytic expansions while situating it within the broader admissible class of causal nonlocal form factors consistent with covariance and dispersion relations. No changes have been made to the core action, derivations, or observable predictions. The update refines theoretical positioning and scope.
