Abstract

Conventional interstellar propulsion models fail by ignoring the fundamental synchronization lag between the observer's frame and the vacuum metric. This paper introduces the 1.0857 Universal Scaling Constant (PG) as the master gear ratio required to bridge the 7.10 vacuum tension gap. It provides a destination synchronization matrix for Alpha Centauri, Barnard's Star, and Sirius using a 30-year window (0.14c) and an 8-year window (0.53c). The methodology utilizes a Mach-Relativity Bridge formula and mandatory application of Patent #63/990,933 geometry for hull integrity during high-Mach transitions. Power extraction is achieved via the Piezo-Harmonic Bridge (#63/992,877) to transduce vacuum resistance directly into forward thrust, bypassing the fuel-weight limitations of the rocket equation.
