This record publishes the official position statement of the Dualbind research program as of March 2026.Dualbind Declaration 2026 clarifies its Scope Architecture, non-integrative methodology, and structural OS-based arrangement of heterogeneous theories.It does not claim unification, replacement of existing physical or mathematical frameworks, or formal completeness.Instead, it defines the separation of theories and the controlled design of communication conditions between them. Japanese and English versions are included in this record.
