CVFT - Admissibility and Closure

In this work we propose a conceptual clarification. Dynamical evolution in CVFT is not generated by the minimization of the structural functional itself. Rather, evolution arises from \emph{structural imbalance of connectivity} within the correlational kernel. Such imbalances generate compensatory redistribution processes. The structural functional then acts as a \emph{selection criterion} identifying which configurations remain stable under this compensatory dynamics.
