Abstract

Fixes & Changes Fixed Dendrite branch points extraction now reads the correct cell (A3) in the Imaris Excel sheet. The previous offset read a value from the Sholl analysis section instead, causing branch point counts to be empty in all grouped exports. Changed Grouped condition export (dendrite path) no longer prints per-file debug output by default. A progress bar is shown instead; debug output is preserved behind the existing debug toggle. Grouped condition export (spine path) similarly replaced per-condition print output with a progress bar when debug is off. LICENSE updated to credit Jan Hawlicki and contributors.
