ABSTRACT IONOS-V3 PROJECT: ENGINEERING OF IONIC MEDICINE AND COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL REGENERATION THROUGH THE COUPLING OF THE SEVEN PILLARS OF LIVING COHERENCE This thesis presents a revolutionary methodology in regenerative dentistry, unifying biophysics of living matrices and targeted molecular biology. The IONOS-V3 Project establishes that dental regeneration is only possible when seven fundamental physical conditions are simultaneously restored, forming the Seven Pillars of Living Coherence: Grounding – Electrical stabilization of the biological site through connection to Earth's reference potential, eliminating parasitic noise. Collagen Network – The extracellular matrix acting as a natural photonic crystal and dielectric waveguide. Structured Water (H3O2) – The protonic rail enabling ultra-fast Grotthuss-type charge transfer. Photonic Flux – The command language carried by specific frequencies (infrared, terahertz, optical) directing morphogenesis.
