Abstract

This article highlights the advancement of state policy on the protection of cultural heritage sites in the Navoi region during the years of independence to a new stage of development. It also analyzes the organizational and legal reforms implemented within the system of cultural heritage protection, as well as the significance of monumental monuments in shaping historical memory and the cultural environment of the region
